Ingredients:

·         1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

·         1/2 cup all-purpose flour

·         1/2 cup water

·         1 teaspoon garlic powder

·         1 teaspoon paprika

·         1/2 teaspoon salt

·         1/4 teaspoon black pepper

·         1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot or your preferred brand)

·         2 tablespoons melted butter (or vegan butter for a vegan option)

·         Optional: Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions:

v  Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

v  In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until you have a smooth batter.

v  Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess batter to drip off, and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

v  Air fry the cauliflower at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the batter is crispy and golden brown. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

v  While the cauliflower is cooking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a separate bowl, combine the hot sauce and melted butter, stirring well to combine.

v  Once the cauliflower bites are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower bites and toss them gently to coat them evenly.

v  Return the sauced cauliflower bites to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes at 375°F (190°C) to allow the sauce to adhere and slightly caramelize.

v  Remove the buffalo cauliflower bites from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
