Special Beef Kabab Masala

Ingredients
Finely
grind half a kilo of minced beef or mutton, two teaspoons of red chilli powder,
salt to taste, half a teaspoon of hot spice powder, two cups of water, a medium
size onion (chopped into round sticks), Shimla Peppers 1 medium size (cut)
tomatoes 1 cut, 1 potato (boil and cut 1) each coriander finely chopped 1
teaspoon, 7 green peppers, 4 tablespoons oil.
How to cook
Add cayenne pepper, salt and hot spices and mix well. Now make kebabs like skewered kebabs. Put hot water in the pan. When it turns golden, add onion, capsicum, potato, tomato, green coriander, green chillies and if desired, sprinkle some salt on the tail for three or four minutes. When it is ready, take it out in a serving bowl, push the charcoal well, then put the charcoal on the bread slices, put it in the middle of the bowl and add some salt, push it, after 5 minutes, remove the lid, remove the bread and charcoal. Serve with delicious kebab masala nan yatandori bread.
