FRENCH FRIES WITH EGG
First we will take three
potatoes, we will peel them and wash them and cut the potatoes like French
fries then we will cut all the potatoes. We will put the potatoes in a bowl full of
water then wash it two to three times and then put it in a big plate so that
the potatoes will spread well and then put spices in it and become easy to add
spices. We will put a teaspoon of crushed red pepper on it, half a teaspoon of
salt. Then we will add a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, and then put two eggs
in it. Before lying the eggs, check that they are not spoiled. After laying all
these things, we will mix it well. You can also call it French fries with eggs.
After mixing it well, we need the stomach; we will take a cup of the stomach.
The stomach will be sifted through the necessary sieve and the stomach will not
be put together but will be put little by little. Then we will fry it. We will
take the oil in the frying pan and after the oil is hot, we will add the
potatoes in it little by little so that they do not take root together. We will
not shake them for five minutes. Don't let the spices go down. After five
minutes we will turn them over and fry them over medium heat. When they become
light golden we will take them out and this is a very simple recipe that will
appeal to both adults and children. And serve it with catch-up.
Potatoes are Full of Nutrients
Potatoes are outstanding resource of
many vitamins and minerals.
Potatoes are rich in compounds similar
to flavonoids, carotenoids and phenolic acids
These compounds act as antioxidants in
the body by neutralizing potentially risky molecules known as free radicals.
When free radicals collect, they can amplify the risk of constant diseases like
heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
For example, a test-tube study found
that the antioxidants present in potatoes may suppress the growth of liver and
colon cancer cells.
Studies have also found that colored
potatoes like purple potatoes can have three to four times more antioxidants
than white potatoes. It makes them potentially more effective at neutralizing
free radicals.
However, most of this evidence is
from test-tube studies. More human-based research is necessary before making
any health recommendations.
Potatoes
May Improve Blood Sugar Control
Potatoes contain a special type of
starch known as resistant starch.
This starch is not broken down and
fully absorbed by the body. Instead, it reaches the large intestine where it
becomes a source of nutrients for the beneficial bacteria in your gut.
Research has linked resistant starch
to many health benefits, including reducing insulin resistance, which, in turn,
improve blood sugar control.
In an animal study, mice fed
resistant starch showed reduced insulin resistance. This means their bodies
were more efficient at removing excess sugar from the blood.
A study of people with type 2
diabetes found consuming a meal with resistant starch helped better remove excess
blood sugar after a meal.
In another study, ten people were
fed 30 grams of resistant starch daily over a four-week period. Scientists
found that resistant starch reduced insulin resistance by 33%.
Interestingly, you can also increase
the resistant starch content of potatoes. To do this, store boiled potatoes in
the fridge overnight and consume them cold.
Potatoes
May Improve Digestive Health
The resistant starch in potatoes may
also improve digestive health.
When resistant starch reaches the
large intestine, it becomes food for beneficial gut bacteria. These bacteria
digest it and turn it into short-chain fatty acids.
Resistant starch from potatoes is
mostly converted into the short-chain fatty acid butyrate the preferred food
source for gut bacteria.
Studies have shown that butyrate can
reduce inflammation in the colon, strengthen the colon’s defenses and reduce
the risk of colorectal cancer.
Moreover, butyrate may aid patients
with inflammatory bowel disorders, such as Chronic disease, ulcerative colitis
and diverticulitis.
That said, most of the evidence
surrounding butyrate is from test-tube or animal studies. More human-based
research is necessary before making recommendations.
