Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients:

·        1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

·        2 tablespoons olive oil

·        2 cloves garlic, minced

·        1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

·        1 teaspoon dried oregano

·        1/2 teaspoon salt

·        1/4 teaspoon black pepper

·        Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

v Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

v In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
