Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients:

1 pound large shrimp, peeled
and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil
·
2 cloves garlic, minced
·
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
cheese
·
1 teaspoon dried oregano
·
1/2 teaspoon salt
·
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
·
Wooden skewers, soaked in
water for 30 minutes
Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to
400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the olive
oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, and black
pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

Add the peeled and deveined
shrimp to the bowl with the marinade. Toss the shrimp in the marinade until
they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

While the shrimp is
marinating, thread the shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, ensuring the shrimp
are evenly spaced.

Once the air fryer is
preheated, place the shrimp skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Cook the shrimp skewers in
the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping them halfway
through the cooking time. The shrimp should turn pink and opaque.

Once the shrimp skewers are
cooked, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute.
