Ingredients:
· 2 pounds chicken wings
· 1 tablespoon baking powder
· 1 teaspoon salt
· 1 teaspoon garlic powder
· 1 teaspoon paprika
· 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
· Optional: Your favorite sauce or seasoning for tossing the wings (e.g., buffalo sauce, barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce)
Instructions:
v Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5
minutes.
v In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt,
garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
v Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove
excess moisture. This will help achieve crispiness.
v Place the chicken wings in the bowl with the seasoning
mixture. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
v Place the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer in
the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to
cook the wings in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
v Cook the chicken wings in the preheated air fryer for
25 to 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. The wings
should be golden brown and crispy.
v If desired, you can toss the cooked wings in your
favorite sauce or seasoning while they are still hot to add flavor.
Alternatively, you can serve the wings as is and provide the sauce or seasoning
on the side for dipping.
v Repeat the process with any remaining batches of chicken wings.
v Serve the crispy air fryer chicken wings hot as an
appetizer or main dish. They pair well with dipping sauces like ranch dressing,
blue cheese dressing, or barbecue sauce.
